3. User Responsibilities

• All information provided during booking (names, contact details, flight numbers, addresses, etc.) must be accurate and complete.

• Users agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

• Users are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the pickup point on time as stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through www.etclasstransfer.com using credit or debit cards.

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment partners.

• Prices are inclusive of VAT and stated clearly before payment.

• Invoices are issued within 7 days of purchase in compliance with Turkish tax laws.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time to receive a full refund.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer or in case of a “no-show.”

• ETClass Transfer reserves the right to cancel services due to force majeure events (such as severe weather, strikes, or accidents) without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

ETClass Transfer shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific transfer service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

ETClass Transfer processes personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK No. 6698) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Intellectual Property
